Many thanks to everyone who entered their photographs into the EUSAS Photography Competition – there were over 30 entries and they were all of a very high standard. Congratulations are extended to Angel Hsiao who was awarded first prize (and a £30 Analogue Books voucher) and to Paul McDonald who was awarded second place and a £10 Analogue Books voucher. Our thanks also to Victoria Clare Bernie for lending her keen eye to the judging process and for the fascinating seminar she gave on her work as a digital video artist.

For those of you who haven’t yet made it along, the Exhibition is open until this Saturday 4th February in the Tent Gallery (Evolution House) and there are some beautiful drawings and models on display. The following photos were taken at the book launch last Friday  - thank you to Keith Milne for providing them for us.

EUSAS  organises a series of Design Days and exhibitions where all years within the school are invited to take part in a creative, competitive and enjoyable event with fellow students, giving everyone the opportunity to socialise and share ideas.  Design Day 2010 invited EUSAS members to redesign popular music videos, resulting in such memorable versions as Fat Boy Slim’s “Praise (E)u(sas)”.
